Senator Davis proposes the following amendment (LC-4754.PH0014S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 3, by striking Section 40-57-360(D) and inserting:

 (D) Team advertising must contain the team name and the full name of the real estate brokerage firm displayed in a conspicuous wayAll team advertising and marketing must contain the full name of the real estate brokerage firm and all team members must display and promote that they are directly connected to the brokerage firm under which the team works. In all team advertising and marketing, the team name may not be more than twice the size, prominence, or frequency of the full name of the brokerage firm.

Amend the bill further, by striking SECTION 5 and inserting:

SECTION 5.  Section 40-57-135(E)(2) takes effect twelve months after the date of ratification of the act. Section 40-57-360 takes effect thirty-six months after the date of ratification of the act.
