WHEREAS, Executive Order 97-09 was issued in error and should be rescinded; and

WHEREAS, Executive Order 97-11 will be issued this date and substituted for Executive Order 97-09.

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the powers conferred upon me by the Constitution and the Statutes of the State of South Carolina, Executive Order 97-09 be and it hereby is rescinded.
