WHEREAS, the Governor's Juvenile Justice Task Force was created by Executive Order Number 95-37 issued by the undersigned on November 13, 1995; and

WHEREAS, the undersigned is of the opinion that the Task Force should be expanded to include Mr. Jesse P. Schaudies.

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Constitution and Statutes of the State of South Carolina, I hereby order that Mr. Jesse P. Schaudies shall be added immediately as a member of the Governor's Juvenile Justice Task Force.
