Amend the committee amendment, as and if amended, page [20-14], after line 12, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:
/     SECTION     ___.     Article 1, Chapter 13, Title 16 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:

    "Section 16-13-480.     It is unlawful for a person to produce, sell, or issue, or offer to produce, sell, or issue a false, fictitious, fraudulent, or counterfeit picture identification for the purpose of offering proof of the person's lawful presence in the United States. A person who violates the provisions of this item is guilty of a felony and, upon conviction, must be imprisoned for no less than five years or fined twenty-five thousand dollars, or both. All property, both real and personal, which in any manner is knowingly used to facilitate production, issuance, the sale of a false, fictitious, fraudulent, or counterfeit picture indemnification in violation of this section is subject to forfeiture pursuant to Section 44-53-520."     /
