Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 1, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 5, line 15, opposite /Aid to Districts/ by decreasing the amount(s) in Column 3 by:

     4,000,000

Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Section 1, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 5, immediately after line 15, by inserting a new line to read:
     Column 3      Column 4
Student Health and Fitness Act - Nurses
     4,000,000      

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
