EXPLANATION: Permits districts to carryforward unexpended building funds

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 1, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 342, after line 30, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/(SDE:District Building Fund Carryforward) A school district may carryforward any unexpended school building funds appropriated pursuant to the School Building Aid Program until June 30,2012./

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
