EXPLANATION: Permits the Department to carryforward unexpended EIA funds for fuel

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 1A, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION - EIA, page 362, paragraph 1A.49, line 18, by inserting after year:
/and FY 2011-12 /

Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Section 1A, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION - EIA, page 362, paragraph 1A.49, line 19, by striking /distributed to school districts based on the number of weighted pupil units./ and inserting /carried forward and expended for school bus fuel costs. Any unexpended funds must be carried forward and expended for the same purpose./
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
