    Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 5, by striking lines 20-22 and inserting:
/     individuals who lack federal service or federal recognition, to the State Guard, and detachments under the authority of the Adjutant General.     "     /
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
