Senator MASSEY proposes the following amendment (3700R018.SRM.SRM.DOCX):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 70, LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT, page 458, paragraph 70.30, by striking lines 29-31 and inserting:

/     70.30.     (LEG: Electronic Correspondence) For Fiscal Year 2011-12, the House of Representatives and the Senate are prohibited from expending any funds for the printing or mailing of bills, summaries, committee agendas, etc. to committee members. The House of Representatives and the Senate shall send all relevant information concerning committee meetings to committee members via electronic means.                         /
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
