    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 80A, BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD, page 476, paragraph 80A.26, line 9, by striking paragraph 80A.26 in its entirety

Further amend the bill as and if amended, Part IB, Section 45, ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, page 425, after line 21, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/45. SEC Legal Expenses) The Attorney Generals Office shall pursuant to Section 1-7-50 defend the cases of South Carolinians for Responsible Government v. Krawcheck, et al., and South Carolina Citizens for Life v. Krawcheck, et al., both filed in the United States District Court of South Carolina.
