    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 80A, BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD, page 479, paragraph 80A.35, line 31, by striking /$6,812,478 of funds from any other accounts within the agency in an effort to maintain critical development of infrastructure assets/ and inserting /$6,812,478 of funds from any other statutorily-allowed accounts within the agency in an effort to maintain critical development of infrastructure assets/
    Renumber sections to conform.
