Senator SHANE MARTIN proposes the following amendment (3700R054.ASM.DOCX):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 86, AID TO SUBDIVISIONS-STATE TREASURER, page 486, after line 23, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/     86.__.         (AS-TREAS: Transparency)     A political subdivision receiving aid from the Local Government Fund may not appropriate money to any person not providing services to the political subdivision without the requirement that the person provide a detailed description of the purposes for which the money was used at the end of the fiscal year. /
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
