    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 90, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 535, paragraph 90.18, by striking lines 9 and 10, and inserting:
/         Any excess Fiscal Year 2010-11 general fund revenue above the amounts appropriated in this provision shall be transferred to the Contingency Reserve Fund.             /

    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
