Senator SHEHEEN proposes the following amendment (DG BEA CONB):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 43, S.C. CONSERVATION BANK, page 422, after line 16, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:

/ 43.___. (CB: Appropriation Increase) If the Board of Economic Advisors increases its forecast on state revenues for the fiscal year above the February 9, 2011, official estimate, there is appropriated to the South Carolina Conservation Bank Trust Fund the first $1,500,000 of any increase. For any subsequent increase, an additional appropriation shall be made, in the same manner, except that the cumulative appropriation pursuant to this proviso may not exceed $1,500,000.             /
