    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Section 12-36-2691(C), as contained in SECTION 4, page 5, after line 7, by adding an appropriately numbered item to read:

/     ( )     At no time may the use of temporary, seasonal, or part-time employees be included or counted toward the total number of jobs required to qualify to receive the benefit provided in this section.     /
