Senator HUTTO proposed the following amendment (20R017.CBH):
    Amend Amendment No. 2B, bearing document file path L:\S-JUD\AMEND\JUD0020.017.DOCX, as and if amended, on page 14, by inserting a new sentence at the end of Section 41-8-50(D)(1) to read:

/     An employer that is placed on probation for one year must be listed on the department's website as having failed to comply with the provisions of this chapter. The employer must be listed on the website for six months.         /
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
