Senator HUTTO proposed the following amendment (20R020.CBH):
    Amend Amendment No. 2B, bearing document file path L:\S-JUD\AMEND\JUD0020.017.DOCX, as and if amended, by striking Section 41-8-10(E)(1) and inserting:

/     (E)     'Private employer' means any:
        (1)     individual or type of organization that transacts business in this State, is required to have a license issued by an agency in this State, and employs ten or more employees in this State, as defined in Section 12-8-10;         /
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
