    Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 3, by striking line 23 and inserting:

/             (4)     the Procurement Office, including the State Engineer's Office;             /

    Amend the bill further, as and if amended, page 3, by striking lines 32 - 34 and inserting:

/         (C)     Effective July 1, 2011, the Board of Economic Advisors is transferred to, and incorporated into, the State Financial Affairs Authority.                 /

    Amend the bill further, as and if amended, page 8, by striking line 40 and inserting:

/             (5)     the Procurement Office, including the State Engineer's Office;             /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
