EXPLANATION: Requires DHEC to provide $100K to the Williston Waste Water Treatment Plant.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 22, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL, page 389, after line 26, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/DHEC: Williston Waste Water Treatment Plant) Of the funds appropriated to or authorized for the department for water quality improvement, $100,000 shall be provided to the Williston Waste Water Treatment Plant./

Amend totals and titles to conform.
