    Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking the bill in its entirety and inserting:

TO REPEAL ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 7, TITLE 44 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE STATE CERTIFICATION OF NEED AND HEALTH FACILITY LICENSURE ACT.

SECTION     1.     Article 3, Chapter 7, Title 44 of the 1976 Code, relating to the State Certification of Need and Health Facility Licensure Act, is repealed.

SECTION     2.     This act takes effect upon approval of the Governor.         /

    Amend title to conform.
