    Amend the bill further, as and if amended, page 6, by striking line 31, in Section 31-23-40(E)(3), as contained in SECTION 1, and inserting therein the following:

In addition, if applicable, the lease agreement must specify if membership in a homeowners association is required, and a statement of amounts to be paid by the lessee for membership in the homeowners association, the date payment is due, and the place of payment.     /
