Senators CROMER and SETZLER propose the following amendment (DG DOTEXPENSE):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 68A, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, page 450, by adding an appropriately numbered proviso to read:

/ 68A.____(DOT: Access and Roadside Management) All funds appropriated to the Department of Transportation in this act shall be expended in accordance with the Access and Roadside Management Standards of 2008.     /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
