    Amend amendment bearing document number N:\S-FINANC\AMEND\DG 90.20SUTA.DOCX by striking the first paragraph of the amendment and inserting:

/             Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 90, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 530, paragraph 90.20, line 25, by striking /3,009,350/ and inserting /7,859,350/.         /

    Amend the amendment further, by adding the following paragraph to read:

/     Amend the bill, as and if amended,     Part IB, Section 90, STATEWIDE REVENUE, paragraph 90.20, beginning on page 531, by striking line 17 through line 2 on page 532.         /
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
