    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 90, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 536, paragraph 90.20, after line 23, by inserting an appropriately numbered item:

    Five-Year Investment Plan Implementation             $500,000
( )     (Five-Year Investment Plan Implementation) The funds appropriated for the Five-Year Investment Plan Implementation shall be utilized by the State Treasurer to implement the requirements of proviso 89.136 of this act. /
