Senator SETZLER proposed the following amendment (1553MW1):
    Amend the concurrent resolution, as and if amended, page 2, by striking lines 21-25 and inserting the following:

/         (8)     receipt, consideration, and disposition of conference and free conference reports on H3066, H3124, H3506, H3527, H3730; H3757 and H4967; and             /

Further amend the concurrent resolution, as and if amended, page 3, by striking line 31 and inserting the following:

/     by interim appointments, except for the office of magistrate. The General Assembly shall be considered in regular session with regard to any appointment arising under 58-31-20 and subject to screening by the State Regulation of Public Utilities Review Committee.             /
