    Amend the concurrent resolution, as and if amended, page 3, by striking lines 19-21 and inserting:
/     Assembly;
        (7)     receipt, consideration, and confirmation of magistrate appointments; and
        (8)     third reading of S. 1340.             /
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
