Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION at the end to read:
/ SECTION __. Each circuit solicitor shall notify, in writing, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and the chief administrative judge of the general sessions court with jurisdiction over the case, of all cases pending as of the effective date of this act in which a defendant has been incarcerated for over two years and for whom trial has not been set. /
