EXPLANATION: Delete the proviso establishing the Military Base Task Force under the Dept. of Commerce because Executive Order re-established the Task Force.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 50, DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, page 417, paragraph 50.20 (Military Base Task Force), lines 9-23, by striking the proviso in its entirety.

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
