EXPLANATION: Allows Commerce to use $300,000 of the $5,000,000 for Business Incubation to a microenterprise development program.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 50, DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, page 417, paragraph 50.21, line 29, by inserting:
/ The department may use $300,000 of the funds for business incubation to establish a microenterprise development program./

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
