Senator BRYANT proposed the following amendment (313R001.KLB):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 7, after line 24 by inserting:

/         Section 59-62-55.     As part of the Open Enrollment Program, each school district shall provide the means for a child who is primarily educated outside of the public school system to enroll on a course by course basis in a public school course in which the child would otherwise be eligible for enrollment if the child were enrolled in a public school.
