Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking / Department of Administration / wherever it appears in the bill and inserting / Budget and Control Board /.

Amend the bill further, as and if amended, by adding a new SECTION to Part X to be appropriately numbered to read:

SECTION __.       Wherever the term "Department" as contained in the bill in its context refers to the Department of Administration, the Code Commissioner is directed to insert in its place the term "Budget and Control Board", and all such references must be construed to mean appropriate references. /
