Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 62, STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT DIVISION, page 445, after line 34, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/62.__. (SLED: CWP Renewal and Replacement) No official, agent, or employee of the State may suspend a currently valid concealed weapon permit when the processing and issuance of a renewal or replacement permit is delayed for administrative reasons./
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
