Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 11, COMMISSION ON HIGHER EDUCATION, page 390, after line 28, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ 11.___. (CHE: Female Leadership Program) Of the $700,000 appropriated for the Female Leadership Program, the Commission shall provide a leadership program for low income and educationally disadvantaged women attending a Southern Association of Colleges and Schools accredited four year institution of higher learning, which is organized as a nonprofit corporation, which has a main campus in South Carolina, and which has more than a ninety percent female undergraduate enrollment. The funds shall be expended evenly amongst qualifying schools. /
