Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 84, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, page 464, after line 19, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/84.___ (DOT: Bridge & Road Maintenance & Repair) In order to fund the appropriation to the department in Part IA, Section 84, IX, for existing bridge and road maintenance and repair, all other general fund appropriations in this act, excluding the appropriation identified in this provision and excluding appropriations for constitutional officer's salaries, judge's salaries, the Capital Reserve fund, and debt service, are reduced by the percent necessary to compensate for the appropriation. /
