Amend the bill further, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 82, DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES, page 461, after line 4, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/82.___. (DMV: Driver's License Rebate Fund) In the current fiscal year, any person who has reached the age of fifty years at the time of application, who applies for the issuance, renewal, or replacement of a driver's license or commercial driver's license, is eligible to receive a rebate from the Driver's License Rebate Fund. Upon the payment of the appropriate fee, the Department of Motor Vehicles shall provide the eligible person with a form for which the person may claim the rebate. The rebate is immediately redeemable and is equal to the amount of the application. /
