Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 118, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 545, paragraph 118.17, line 7, by inserting an appropriately lettered subsection to read::
/( ) Of any excess funds collected above the amount identified in subsection(A), and after all the items in subsection (B) are fully funded, there is appropriated $300,000 to the Department of Transportation for Drainage Studies. /
