Rep. HAMILTON proposes the following Amendment No. 2 to H. 3833 (COUNCIL\NBD\3833C007.NBD.VR13):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Section 61-4-738, as contained in SECTION 1, by adding an appropriately lettered subsection to read:

/      ( )      The holder of a retail wine permit who wishes to obtain an annual wine tastings permit pursuant to the provisions of this section shall pay a permit fee of two hundred fifty dollars for each separate place of business.      /

Amend the bill further, Section 61-4-965, as contained in SECTION 2, by adding an appropriately lettered subsection to read:

/( )      The holder of a retail beer permit who wishes to obtain an annual beer tastings permit pursuant to the provisions of this section shall pay a permit fee of two hundred fifty dollars for each separate place of business.      /
