Amend the bill, as and if amended, by deleting Section 61-4-738(B)(6), as contained in SECTION 1, and inserting:
/ (6) the tasting must be held in a designated, stationary tasting area of the retail store with a distinctive barrier clearly in place, delineating the tasting area, in as close proximity as possible to other alcohol-related products and no less than seventy-five feet from the main entrance to the store premises. No one under the age of twenty-one may be allowed into the tasting area; /
Amend the bill further, by deleting Section 61-4-965(B)(6), as contained in SECTION 2, and inserting:
/ (6) the tasting must be held in a designated, stationary tasting area of the retail store with a distinctive barrier clearly in place, delineating the tasting area, in as close proximity as possible to other alcohol-related products and no less than seventy-five feet from the main entrance to the store premises. No one under the age of twenty-one may be allowed into the tasting area; /
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend title to conform.
