    Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 1, by striking line 42 and inserting:

/             offenses within the meaning of this section. The provisions of this section do not apply to a person raccoon hunting who enters upon the lands of another unarmed to retrieve his dog during the hours of eight thirty p.m. to three thirty a.m."
