Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 110, AID TO SUBDIVISIONS - STATE TREASURER, page 319, line 3, opposite /Aid-Local Gov't Fund/ by increasing the amount(s) in Columns 3 and 4 by:

     5,000,000      5,000,000

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
