Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 1,
DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 359, after line 2, by adding an
appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/ (SDE: Barnwell School District) Of the funds
appropriated the State Department of Education must allocate
$250,000 to Barnwell School District 19 for the demolition of
the old Blackville-Hilda Middle School Building./
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
