EXPLANATION: Prohibits SLED from using funds to provide the lt. governor with security detail.
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 62, STATE
LAW ENFORCEMENT DIVISION, page 448, after line 9, by adding an
appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/(SLED: Lt. Governor Security Detail Prohibition) Of the
funds authorized in Part 1A, Section 62, no funds shall be used
to provide the Lieutenant Governor with security detail./
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
