EXPLANATION: Allows political subdivision to no longer accept credit or debit card payments even if they did in the prior fiscal year.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 110, STATE TREASURER - AID TO SUBDIVISIONS, page 500, paragraph 110.8, lines 19-20, by striking:/ If a political subdivision accepted credit card payments in the prior fiscal year, they must continue to accept credit card payments in the current fiscal year. /

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
