EXPLANATION: Prohibits state agencies from charging processing fees when tax payment is made by credit or debit card.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 110, STATE TREASURER - AID TO SUBDIVISIONS, page 500, paragraph 110.8, lines 18 and 19, after /political subdivision/ by inserting:
/or a state agency /

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
