EXPLANATION: Allows Charleston County to build a sound barrier along I-26

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 84, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, page 465, after line 10, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/(DOT: Charleston County Sound Barrier) The Department of Transportation shall allow the county of Charleston to construct a sound barrier in the Department's easement along Interstate 26 within the borders of Charleston County. The sound barrier must be constructed to meet any and all state and federal regulations./

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
