Senator S. MARTIN proposed the following amendment (3592R004.SRM):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking all after the enacting words and inserting:

/     SECTION     1.     Article 8, Chapter 52, Title 48 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

    SECTION     2.     This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.         /

    Amend title to conform.
