    Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 1, by striking lines 23 through 24 and inserting:
/             "Section 56-5-130.     Every vehicle which is self-propelled, except mopeds, and every vehicle which is or propelled by electric power                         /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
