Senator S. MARTIN proposed the following amendment (JUD0375.004):

Amend the committee amendment, as and if amended, page [375-8], by striking lines 27 through 29, in Section 6-38-150, as contained in SECTION 1.            

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
