    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 118, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 579, proviso 118.16, after line 12, by inserting a new subitem under (3) H59 to read:

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
