Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 3, LOTTERY EXPENDITURE ACCOUNT, page 400, in proviso 3.5, by striking line 10-15 and inserting:
/ (2) Commission on Higher Education--Higher Education Excellence Enhancement Program $ 2,950,000;
(3) Commission on Higher Education and State Board for Technical and Comprehensive
Education--Tuition Assistance $ 3,700,000; and
(4) Department of Education--New School Buses $ 3,300,000./
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
